MLA needs to get real about COVID
I received the pamphlet from Miranda Rosin, MLA for Banff-kananaskis. Telling her constituents the worst of the pandemic is behind us is dangerous when the truth is, hospitalizations and deaths have been rising steadily.
This only served to mislead her constituents and was outright harmful.
Clearly, Rosen has no sense of concern for the human impact of the pandemic and is focused on economic recovery. It is time for her and the government to take the pandemic seriously and appreciate that failure to control the community spread of COVID-19 has cost lives.
If Rosen is unwilling or unable to address her constituents with the honesty and candour they deserve, she should step aside in favour of someone who will.
