Carrington South is a new development within the greater community of Carrington that’s just waiting to be explored.

As new parks, pathways and the stormwater pond are being completed, showhomes are next to be on display in this new northwest neighbourhood.

“We’re very excited that six new beautiful single-family front-drive garage showhomes will open October 20,” says Morgan Gowland, sales and marketing coordinator for Apex Developments, who is managing the development on behalf of H3 Developments.

Excel Homes, Trico Homes and Truman are the exclusive builders, each offering promotional pricing on stylish new family homes, from street towns, to duplex homes and front-drive single-family homes.

Excel is building laned duplex homes from the $350,000s and single-family front-drive models from the $450,000s. Truman’s street towns, with no condo fees, start from the $320,000s, while its single-family homes start from the $500,000s. Trico has front-drive single-family homes from the $590,000s, with homes on prized pond lots priced from the $620,000s.

“Carrington South is the best of the northwest, putting new home buyers close to amenities, necessities and major access routes. It’s a quick in and out to anywhere you need to go. It’s the community buyers have been waiting for,” says Gowland.

Visit the new showhome parade from 73 to 101 Carringvue Manor N.W., open Monday to Thursday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., Fridays from noon to 5 p.m. (Excel Homes), and weekends noon to 5 p.m.

“We invite people to tour these exciting new homes and talk to each builder about their introductory promotions,” Gowland says.
