Th­ese wings can get sticky as they bake, so line your bak­ing sheet with greased non­stick foil or parch­ment pa­per for easy turn­ing.

900 g sep­a­rated trimmed chicken wings

¾ tsp each salt and pep­per

3 tbsp all-pur­pose flour or corn­starch

In pep­per. bowl, Sprin­kle sprin­kle with chicken flour; with toss salt to and coat. Ar­range on lightly greased non­stick foil– or parch­ment pa­per–lined rimmed bak­ing sheet. Bake in 400°F oven, turn­ing once, un­til crisp and golden, 45 to 50 min­utes.
