Irish Cream Li queur
In large bowl using whisk, or in blender, blend together 2 cups whipping cream (35%), 2 cups Irish whiskey, 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk, 1 tbsp instant coffee granules, 1 tbsp chocolate syrup,
1 tsp vanilla and dash almond extract until coffee dissolves. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in jar or airtight container for up to 2 weeks.) Makes about 5½ cups.
