¼ cup maple syrup

1 green onion, minced

3 tbsp D ijon mus­tard

1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

¾ tsp salt

¼ tsp pep­per

1 skin­less sal­mon fil­let (about 900 g) In small bowl, whisk to­gether maple syrup, green onion, mus­tard, dill, salt and pep­per; brush half of the mix­ture over fish. Place on parch­ment pa­per–lined rimmed bak­ing sheet. Bake in 425°F oven, brush­ing once with re­main­ing maple mix­ture half­way through, un­til fish flakes eas­ily when tested, 20 to 25 min­utes. per each of 8 serv­ings: about 193 cal, 18 g pro, 10 g to­tal fat (2 g sat. fat), 7 g carb (trace di­etary fi­bre, 6 g sugar), 49 mg chol, 340 mg sodium, 335 mg potas­sium. % RDI : 3% cal­cium, 4% iron, 1% vit A, 5% vit C, 13% fo­late.
