This long-wearing high-pigment lipstick has a gel consistency and goes on super creamy. Nonsticky, hydrating and with just the right amount of shine, this will be your summer go-to. 4. Hard Candy Wet Ever Bold Hold Lip Lacquer in Selfish, $8, walmart.ca. If you’re ditching Team Matte for a softer finish, you need to try this wet-effect lip colour. It goes on glossy with lots of shine and hydration but, surprisingly, isn’t sticky at all. Plus, the colour lasts; there was a bit of transfer from eating and drinking, but the pigment stayed put.
