Chi­nese Hot Pep­per & Soy Dip­ping Sauce In small skil­let, heat peanut oil over medium-high heat; cook hot pep­pers, green onions and salt un­til wilted and fra­grant, about 30 sec­onds. Scrape into heat­proof bowl. Add soy sauce to pan; bring to sim­mer. Stir into bowl along with sesame oil and vine­gar; sprin­kle with cilantro.

Sprin­kle shrimp with salt and pep­per. Place on greased grill over high heat; close lid and grill un­til pink and opaque, 3 to 5 min­utes. Serve with dip­ping sauce.
