GRILLED SHRIMP WITH CHINESE DIPPING SAUCE
Chinese Hot Pepper & Soy Dipping Sauce In small skillet, heat peanut oil over medium-high heat; cook hot peppers, green onions and salt until wilted and fragrant, about 30 seconds. Scrape into heatproof bowl. Add soy sauce to pan; bring to simmer. Stir into bowl along with sesame oil and vinegar; sprinkle with cilantro.
Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper. Place on greased grill over high heat; close lid and grill until pink and opaque, 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with dipping sauce.
