BOCCONCINI CHICKEN BURGERS
Patties In food processor, pulse chicken until coarsely ground; set aside. Whisk together 1 tbsp water, egg, onion, garlic, Parmesan, bread crumbs, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, salt and pepper; mix in chicken. Shape into four ¾-inch thick patties.
Place on greased grill over medium heat; close lid and grill, turning once, until no longer pink inside or instant-read thermometer inserted sideways into centre reads 165°F, about 15 minutes.
Serve burgers in buns with bocconcini, tomato and basil leaves.
