Pat­ties In food pro­ces­sor, pulse chicken un­til coarsely ground; set aside. Whisk to­gether 1 tbsp wa­ter, egg, onion, gar­lic, Parme­san, bread crumbs, basil, sun-dried toma­toes, salt and pep­per; mix in chicken. Shape into four ¾-inch thick pat­ties.

Place on greased grill over medium heat; close lid and grill, turn­ing once, un­til no longer pink inside or in­stant-read ther­mome­ter in­serted side­ways into cen­tre reads 165°F, about 15 min­utes.

Serve burg­ers in buns with bocconcini, tomato and basil leaves.
