Pat­ties Whisk to­gether 1 tbsp wa­ter, egg, bread crumbs, onion, gar­lic, vine­gar, mus­tard, salt, oregano and pep­per; mix in lamb. Shape into four ¾-inch thick pat­ties.

Place on greased grill over medium heat; close lid and grill, turn­ing once, un­til in­stant-read ther­mome­ter in­serted side­ways into cen­tre reads 160°F, about 15 min­utes.

Mix yo­gurt with mint. Serve burg­ers in pitas with yo­gurt mix­ture, feta and olives.
