In skil­let, bring beer, maple syrup and mus­tard to boil over high heat. Re­duce heat to medium; cook, stir­ring of­ten, un­til mix­ture is thick and mea­sures about 1 cup, 10 to 15 min­utes. Glaze will thicken as it cools. If glaze is too thick, stir in 1 to 2 tbsp warm wa­ter be­fore us­ing.
