SMOKED PAPRIKA BARBECUE SAUCE
In saucepan, heat oil over medium heat; cook onion, stirring often, until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic; cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add paprika; cook, stirring, for 30 seconds.
Stir in strained tomatoes, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, pepper, salt, ancho chili powder and ½ cup water; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, 15 to 18 minutes. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.)
