1 This run loops around Cen­ten­nial Park and high school, tak­ing you down and back along the Speed River. You’ll hit one hill go­ing up Mu­nic­i­pal Street, oth­er­wise this is a gen­tle easy and flat run. Our group does a work­out dur­ing cross-coun­try sea­son along the river stretch called “Bridges,” where we run a 2k tempo loop: speed up at the first bridge, and slow back down at the next bridge, for about half dozen or so bridges.
