Peggy Hunter’s Nov./Dec. 2016 essay ‘Marathon mind monkeys’ implies that she finished the Victoria Marathon, when unfortunately she did not. “I walked off the course at the halfway point in the race,” she said. “It wasn’t my last marathon (have since run three more).
