Canadian Running - - Body Work - One of my favourite in­door work­outs, since my days in univer­sity, is a de­scend­ing lad­der:

2–3 sets 800 m–600 m–400 m–200 m 200 m (or 1 lap) jog re­cov­ery be­tween each in­ter­val 4 min­utes of re­cov­ery be­tween sets
