11:30 a.m. Take a bite of CLIF Co­conut Al­mond Nut But­ter Filled En­ergy Bar

11:50 a.m. 55-minute easy run with a friend along the river trails in Cal­gary — 12.5 kilo­me­tres

1 p.m. Lunch at my desk Ham and cheese sand­wich (but­ter, mus­tard, sprouts, Swiss cheese, nat­u­ral ham, whole wheat bread) Hon­ey­crisp ap­ple Hand­ful of tamari almonds Two slices of brunost (Nor­we­gian brown cheese) Green tea

3:45 p.m. Bike the 3.5-kilo­me­tres home

4:05 p.m. Drive to trail — fin­ish CLIF Co­conut Al­mond Nut But­ter Filled En­ergy Bar from ear­lier, sip on wa­ter bot­tle dur­ing drive

4:304 p.m. Steady hill work­out — 15-minute warmup — 45-minute steady up­hill (680 m in 6.5 kilo­me­tres) — 35-minute run back down­hill to car — two CLIF Salted Wa­ter­melon BLOKS on run down

6:10 p.m. Drive to climb­ing gym — sip on wa­ter

6:45 p.m. Go boul­der­ing for 40 min­utes with my fiancée Laura 7:30 p.m. Drive home

7:40 p.m. Cook din­ner while lis­ten­ing to CBC

8:10 p.m. Din­ner with Laura

8:30 p.m. Read work emails and an­swer ques­tions while watch­ing NHL play­off game

8:45 p.m. 1 cup of de­caf­feinated tea, dessert — two slices of choco­late — ex­tra creamy milk choco­late and a Di­ges­tive bis­cuit
