Canadian Running - - FALL SHOE GUIDE -

Men’s 306 g (10.8 oz.); Women’s 266 g (9.4 oz.); Drop ratio: 8 mm; $190

The Triumph has steadily found its groove over the last few years as one of the most reliable cushioned neutral t rainers available. It’s now been outfitted with Saucony’s premium upper fit system, iso, which does indeed isolate the foot in the shoe and keep it snug throughout the landing and toe-off of each stride.

The Triumph iso 4 becomes the second shoe to get the full Everun treatment, meaning that instead of just the top sole, the entire midsole is made of the material. Everun is supposed to be three times as durable as eva and not as sensitive to cold temperatures (a major plus for Canadians).Like the other shoe currently rigged out with full Everun, the Freedom iso, our testers found it quite soft and an almost bouncy toe off. This makes for a nice augmented experience to an already wonderfully plush ride.
