Reebok have made a comeback to running in a big way with the Floatride, their high concept training shoe for serious runners. It’s not only a gorgeous looking shoe, with its knit upper and great colourways, but it responds to the demands of everything our testers have thrown at it.

The midsole is the key to how great the Floatride feels on both hard, fast workouts and during a more carefully paced 30k long run. Its single piece of foam and rubber tread throughout is highly f lexible, but not at all sloppy or unbalanced. Many of our testers reported that they actually didn’t notice the shoe during an easy run (which we see as high praise), but felt its responsiveness when pushing the pace. Reebok are on to something with the design and technology in this exciting shoe.
