Film about Adam Camp­bell wins award at Van­cou­ver In­ter­na­tional Moun­tain Film Fes­ti­val

Con­stant Mo­tion, a doc­u­men­tary about Cana­dian trail run­ner Adam Camp­bell, won the best moun­tain sports film at the 2018 Van­cou­ver In­ter­na­tional Moun­tain Film Fes­ti­val, a highly re­garded com­pe­ti­tion fea­tur­ing some of the best out­door films in the world.

The film, di­rected by Cameron Sylvester, doc­u­ments Camp­bell’s come­back from a cat­a­strophic fall that left the Cal­gary-based run­ner’s body nearly de­stroyed. Camp­bell’s life changed for­ever af­ter fall­ing nearly 100 feet from the side of a rock face at Roger’s Pass, B.C. The film doc­u­ments Camp­bell’s re­cov­ery and emo­tional re­turn to the Hard Rock 100 just 10 months af­ter the fall.
