1–2 bunches of asparagus, ends removed (chop off 3–5 cm from bottom)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 In a shallow dish, spread the asparagus into one single layer.
2 Drizzle olive oil and toss until all stems are lightly coated.
3 Season with salt and pepper as desired.
4 On a heated barbeque, place the asparagus directly on the grill for about 3-4 minutes until lightly charred.
5 If want to cook further, place on top rack, or transfer into a foil pan for an additional 3 minutes.
