Man charged after alleged internet luring incident
HALIFAX (CP) — A 30-year-old Halifax man has been charged with sexual exploitation and Internet luring.
Police were acting on a complaint alleging a 16-year-old Dartmouth girl received sexually explicit electronic correspondence last November.
Officers arrested a man without incident on Wednesday.
Mickeal Smith-Tanner has been released on conditions restricting his contact with people under 18 and his Internet use.
He is due in court May 11.
