Man pleads not guilty after drug bust
PORT HAWKESBURY — A Point Cross man will go to trial April 27 on a number of charges.
Wayne Timmons, 62, entered not guilty pleas in Port Hood provincial court Wednesday to charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking, unauthorized possession of a firearm, and unsafe storage of a firearm.
Timmons was arrested after a drug bust in the Cheticamp area in November. Police say they seized marijuana, cash and drug paraphernalia.
