Ir­ish Rovers play­ing MTCC Tues­day

SYD­NEY — The Ir­ish Rovers are com­ing to the Mem­ber­tou Trade and Con­ven­tion Cen­tre, Tues­day.

Th­ese in­ter­na­tional am­bas­sadors of Ir­ish mu­sic have charmed and en­ter­tained peo­ple around the world, and con­tinue to de­light audiences with their ex­cit­ing stage shows. With hits like Rolling Home to Ire­land and The Uni­corn, The Ir­ish Rovers have been per­form­ing for more than four decades.

The Ir­ish Rovers — fea­tur­ing orig­i­nal mem­bers Ge­orge Mil­lar and Wil­cil McDow­ell, as well as newer mem­bers Ian Mil­lar, John Reynolds and Sean O’Driscoll — have main­tained their time­less abil­ity to de­liver a rol­lick­ing, rous­ing per­for­mance of good cheer. Their songs have be­come an­thems of joy among gen­er­a­tion af­ter gen­er­a­tion of fans.

Doors will open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m.
