Guilty plea entered
SYDNEY — A Sydney man was sentenced to a day in custody served by his appearance in court Tuesday after pleading guilty to breaching court-imposed conditions.
Jeffrey Allan Deveaux, 25, Sydney, was one of two men arrested in January following two early morning break-and-enters. Counts of break and enter and theft were withdrawn.
Last month John Winston MacDonald, 30, Sydney, was sentenced to a three-month conditional sentence after pleading guilty to two counts of fraud and a count of theft.
