Pub­lic let down in school jan­i­tor case

It is ap­palling to learn that a po­ten­tial preda­tor has been given the green light to con­tinue work­ing in a lo­cal school ( Judge Rules Ar­bi­tra­tor Made Cor­rect De­ci­sion in Case Against Jan­i­tor, Feb. 19). Per­haps more frus­trat­ing is the knowl­edge that the pub­lic ap­par­ently has no right to know the name of this in­di­vid­ual or which school he is em­ployed in.

The ar­ti­cle states that this man has held a cus­to­dial po­si­tion for more than 20 years at sev­eral dif­fer­ent schools, in­di­cat­ing that he is most likely in his 40s or 50s and most def­i­nitely should have known
