MARIEVILLE, QUE. — Quebec provincial police have identified the man they are seeking in a shooting that left two people dead. They say they still don’t know the connection between 59year-old Daniel Masse and the victims. The shooting occurred Wednesday evening at a scrapyard in Marieville, about 45 kilometres east of Montreal. Masse is also wanted on two counts of attempted murder. One person who was wounded is out of danger, while the other charge of attempted murder is related to someone who was not injured.
