Bail hearing to continue for Sydney man
SYDNEY — A 20-year-old Sydney man will be back in provincial court next week for a continuation of his bail hearing on sex-related offences. Harry James Warner of Charlotte Street is charged with three counts of assault, two counts of abduction of a person under the age of 16, and single counts of sexual assault, sexual interference, forcible confinement, and breaching a court order. The offences are alleged to have occurred between April and July in Sydney. The bail hearing for Warner is now expected to continue Tuesday. He continues to be on remand pending the outcome of the hearing.
