Plea date on multiple charges set for Sydney man
SYDNEY — Bail has been denied for a Sydney man facing multiple offences including sexual assault. Harry James Warner, 20, of Charlotte Street is charged with four counts of assault, three counts of breaching court orders, two counts of abduction of a person under the age of 16, and single counts of sexual assault, forcible confinement and sexual interference. The offences allegedly occurred between April and July in Sydney. Warner will continue to be held at the Cape Breton Correctional Centre. He is now scheduled back in provincial court July 21 to enter pleas to the charges.
