With sad­ness the fam­ily an­nounces the peace­ful pass­ing of El­iz­a­beth (Mor­ri­son) MacQueen at Har­bour­stone En­hanced Care on Mon­day, July 13, 2015, at the age of 94.

Born in Syd­ney, daugh­ter of the late Michael B. and Jo­hanna (MacCormick) Mac­Don­ald.

El­iz­a­beth is sur­vived by her hus­band Mal­colm MacQueen and fam­ily mem­bers also in­clude Anne Marie MacCor­mack (Ray); Michael ( Josephine); Donna MacKin­non ( Jerry); Andy (Paula); Bill (Sharon); Diane Stoker (Keith); Nancy MacLel­lan (Allan); Linda Van Schaayk (Frank); Charles (Kim); Donna and Dun­can (Mary). Also sur­viv­ing are sib­lings Sr. Carmelita Mac­Don­ald CND and Bernie Mac­Don­ald, and 30 grand­chil­dren and 22 great-grand­chil- dren.

She was pre­de­ceased by her hus­band Don­ald Mor­ri­son, broth­ers, Jim, Joe, Vince and John Hugh, sis­ters, Re­fina, Kay and Theresa, great-grand­son Isaac Fougere, and by sev­eral broth­ers and sis­ters-in-law.

Vis­i­ta­tion for the late Mrs. MacQueen will be held from 3-6 p.m. on Fri­day, July 17 at T.W. Curry Parkview Chapel. Fu­neral mass will be cel­e­brated at 11 a.m. on Satur­day, July 18 at St. Mar­guerite Bour­geoys Church with Fr. Al­bert Maroun of­fi­ci­at­ing. In­ter­ment in Res­ur­rec­tion Ceme­tery, Syd­ney Forks.
