Eska­soni men as­signed plea dates

Four men fac­ing drug of­fences have been as­signed new court dates.

Eu­gene Daniel Paul, 40, is charged with pos­ses­sion for the pur­pose of traf­fick­ing in oxy­codone. The of­fence al­legedly oc­curred Dec. 1 in Eska­soni.

He is now sched­uled to en­ter a plea to the charge Aug. 4.

An­drew James Alex, 24, is also charged with pos­ses­sion for the pur­pose of traf­fick­ing in oxy­codone. The of­fence al­legedly oc­curred Dec. 1.

He is now sched­uled to en­ter a plea Aug. 18.

Keith Ge­of­frey Denny, 28, is charged with pos­ses­sion for the pur­pose of traf­fick­ing in oxy­codone, which al­legedly oc­curred Dec. 1. He is also fac­ing a sin­gle count of pos­ses­sion of mar­i­juana from the same of­fence date.

Denny is also charged with pos­ses­sion for the pur­pose of traf­fick­ing in hy­dro­mor­phone, and three counts of pos­ses­sion of which two counts in­volve methadone and sin­gle count in­volv­ing mar­i­juana.

Those of­fences are al­leged to have oc­curred April 9.

He is now sched­uled to en­ter pleas on Aug. 18.

A fourth ac­cused, Quentin David Poulette, 23, is charged with pos­ses­sion for the pur­pose of traf­fick­ing in oxy­codone, which al­legedly oc­curred Dec. 1. He is also fac­ing an un­re­lated count of mis­chief, which al­legedly oc­curred in Oc­to­ber 2014.

He is now sched­uled to en­ter pleas Aug. 18.
