Grilled Corn with tangy soya sauce

In­gre­di­ents:

Soya or veg­etable oil for brush­ing 4 corn husks, silk cleared and re­moved

1 ta­ble spoon lime juice

2 ta­ble­spoon soya sauce

Pinch of salt

Pinch of pep­per

1 tea­spoon brown sugar

Pre­heat the grill to medium-high. Brush the grill lightly with oil. Grill the corn as you turn oc­ca­sion­ally. Re­move once it is ten­der and charred in dif­fer­ent spots. Mix lime juice, soya sauce, salt, pep­per and brown sugar to­gether and brush lightly on the grilled corn.
