Grilled Corn with tangy soya sauce
Soya or vegetable oil for brushing 4 corn husks, silk cleared and removed
1 table spoon lime juice
2 tablespoon soya sauce
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Preheat the grill to medium-high. Brush the grill lightly with oil. Grill the corn as you turn occasionally. Remove once it is tender and charred in different spots. Mix lime juice, soya sauce, salt, pepper and brown sugar together and brush lightly on the grilled corn.
