Bucks add depth by sign­ing Copeland

MIL­WAU­KEE — The Bucks have signed free-agent for­ward Chris Copeland, adding vet­eran depth to their young front­court. Gen­eral man­ager John Ham­mond did not an­nounce terms of the deal Wed­nes­day. The 6-foot-8 Copeland played the last two sea­sons in In­di­ana, av­er­ag­ing 6.2 points and 2.2 re­bounds in 50 games in 2014-15. Un­drafted out of Colorado in 2006, Copeland played over­seas and in the NBA’s DLeague be­fore break­ing into the NBA with New York in 2012-13. Bucks coach Jason Kidd also played on that Knicks team.
