LOS ANGELES - “Rambo” and “Rocky” fans no longer have to fight Sylvester Stallone for a piece of those movies’ memorabilia. Stallone announced Thursday he’s putting hundreds of props and costumes from his personal collection up for auction in October, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting military charities. The upcoming auction will include items such as Rambo’s knife and Rocky’s boxing gloves. Stallone plans to donate some auction proceeds to help military service members “to pay back the real people that have supplied the inspiration for the characters I’ve played.” The Associated Press
