Glace Bay accused released on conditions
SYDNEY — A Glace Bay man charged with breaching the conditions of his release has again been released on conditions.
David Clifford MacLean-Devoe, 23, is now charged with three counts of breaching his conditions after being arrested last week.
He was released in January after his trial on unreleated offences was adjourned until May 12.
He is on trial for armed robbery, wearing a mask in committing an offence, carrying a weapon dangerous to public peace, assault with a weapon and assault.
He and a co-accused are alleged to have robbed a cab company while armed with a knife last Oct. 25 in New Waterford.
