Glace Bay ac­cused re­leased on con­di­tions

SYD­NEY — A Glace Bay man charged with breach­ing the con­di­tions of his re­lease has again been re­leased on con­di­tions.

David Clif­ford Ma­cLean-Devoe, 23, is now charged with three counts of breach­ing his con­di­tions af­ter be­ing ar­rested last week.

He was re­leased in Jan­uary af­ter his trial on un­re­leated of­fences was ad­journed un­til May 12.

He is on trial for armed rob­bery, wear­ing a mask in com­mit­ting an of­fence, car­ry­ing a weapon dan­ger­ous to pub­lic peace, as­sault with a weapon and as­sault.

He and a co-ac­cused are al­leged to have robbed a cab com­pany while armed with a knife last Oct. 25 in New Water­ford.
