Hearing set for North Sydney man on pornography offences

SYDNEY — A 51-year-old North Sydney man is to have a preliminary hearing in September on two child pornography charges.

Brian Robert Sproul of Caledonia Street is charged with making child porn available and with possession of child porn.

The offences are alleged to have occurred between November and December 2015. Sproul is now scheduled to have a preliminary hearing on the charges Sept. 7. He continues his release on conditions.
