LARADE TOP COACH
Chris Larade of Cheticamp was named the Atlantic University Sport’s coach of the year for women’s hockey for the second year in a row. He led the Huskies to an 18-3-3 record for first place in the standings and bye to the semifinal round of the playoffs. Larade was named the CIS coach of the year last season, and could become the first ever AUS coach to win back-to-back honours. In other awards, Dalhousie Tigres forward Lisa MacLean of Inverness was named a first team all-star.
