All the finest gifts in the world could never re­place your pres­ence. You could in­vite her to have brunch at her favourite restau­rant or spend some time with her pre­par­ing some home cooked meals to freeze. You could take her for a walk in the park where you used to go to­gether when you were young, which is sure to evoke many happy mem­o­ries for both of you. Leaf through old photo al­bums to­gether or ask her to tell you about the hap­pi­est times of her life. Laugh­ter and even a few tears will likely ac­com­pany the stories. Your mother may need help with work around her home. Take ad­van­tage of her spe­cial day to do some help­ful chores. You could clean the out­sides of win­dows or help her do a bit of spring clean­ing. No mat­ter what your plans are, be sure to spend some qual­ity time with the per­son who raised you. In fact, why not make a res­o­lu­tion to set aside an en­tire day for your mom ev­ery year on Mother’s Day. She de­serves it!
