Sentencing date set for Sydney man
SYDNEY — A Sydney man will be sentenced in September after pleading guilty to three counts of breaching court orders.
Justin Bradshaw Crane, 23, of Whitney Pier, was charged with breaching his probation conditions that included he have no contact with anyone under 16 and he refrain from attending areas where those under 16 are likely to gather.
The offences occurred between January and May 2016. Bradshaw was placed on probation after pleading guilty to sexual interference involving a nine-year-old boy.
In addition to probation, he also served a 90-day jail sentence on the charge. Sentencing for the breach violations is now set for Sept. 11.
