Date set for plea for Eskasoni man on drug charge
SYDNEY — An Eskasoni man is to return to provincial court in June to enter a plea on a drug charge that alleges he was selling marijuana while in jail. Jamie Lee Poulette, 25, is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking in marijuana.
The offence is alleged to have occurred Jan. 28 at the Cape Breton Correctional Centre. Poulette, who continues his release on conditions, is to return to provincial court June 15 to enter a plea.
