Sen­tenc­ing for West­mount man set for July

SYD­NEY — A West­mount man is to re­turn to pro­vin­cial court in July to be sen­tenced af­ter en­ter­ing guilty pleas on four charges. Adam Joseph Bag­nall, 21, of West­mount Road, pleaded guilty to charges of re­fus­ing a breath­a­lyzer de­mand, re­sist­ing ar­rest, mis­chief (prop­erty dam­age) and breach­ing a court or­der. The of­fences oc­curred in Mem­ber­tou last Oct. 11. Other charges, in­clud­ing three counts of as­sault with a weapon (mace), were dis­missed.
