Sentencing for Westmount man set for July
SYDNEY — A Westmount man is to return to provincial court in July to be sentenced after entering guilty pleas on four charges. Adam Joseph Bagnall, 21, of Westmount Road, pleaded guilty to charges of refusing a breathalyzer demand, resisting arrest, mischief (property damage) and breaching a court order. The offences occurred in Membertou last Oct. 11. Other charges, including three counts of assault with a weapon (mace), were dismissed.
