FAST FACTS

Nova Scotia Heritage and Marine Stewardship project in Cape Breton:

• The project will take place at three beaches in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality including Indian Beach in North Sydney, Dominion Beach in Dominion and Big Glace Bay Beach in Glace Bay.

• The project is part of Canada’s 150th celebration. ACAP Cape Breton and Bluenose Coastal Action Foundation have partnered for the Cape Breton projects.

• The cleanup at Indian Beach will take place on Friday at 10 a.m.

• Members of the community are encouraged to participate by helping with the cleanup.
