Boularderie accused to plea to fraud and forgery charges
SYDNEY — A Boularderie man is to return to provincial court at the end of the month to enter pleas on fraud and forgery charges.
Kevin B. Lappin, 54, of Dundee Drive, is charged with uttering a forged document, a Province of Alberta qualification certificate for a journeyman iron worker, possession of a forged document, uttering a forged document and fraud by earning more than $250,000 in wages based on a forged certificate.
The offences are alleged to have occurred in Edmonton in September 2015. Lappin is now to enter pleas to the charges Aug. 28.
