Membertou man charged with offences including voyeurism
SYDNEY — A Membertou man is to return to provincial court Tuesday for a bail hearing on charges that include voyeurism.
Dillon Kincaid Kabatay, 20, is charged with break, enter and theft (a residence), prowling at night on private property, criminal harassment and voyeurism by watching an individual sleep.
The offences are alleged to have occurred in Membertou July 2.
He is also charged with break and enter, forcible entry and two counts of breaching court orders that are alleged to have been committed July 31 in Membertou. Kabatay made a brief court appearance Friday and consented to a further remand pending the outcome of his bail hearing.
