Dingwall accused facing new sex offence charges
SYDNEY — A Dingwall man sentenced earlier this year on sex offences has again been charged with similar offences.
William Douglas Burton, 74, is charged with sexual assault and sexual interference that are alleged to have occurred between 2009 and 2010. The complainant is a male.
In January, Burton received a seven-month provincial jail term after being found guilty on charges of sexual assault, sexual interference and assault. The sentence also included a probation period.
