— his home away from home. We, the family of JP, acknowledge and respect that our father had many friends, students and colleagues that also considered him family. We want to assure you that he felt the same way, and that he would be honoured if his legacy of hard work, encouragement and compassion could live on through you.

To JP: We promise to love each other as you have loved us. We will be there for each other as you have been there for us. Finally, we promise to laugh at good jokes and bad, and always think of you when we do.

There will be no visitation. Funeral service will be held at Sydney Memorial Chapel on

Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 12 p.m., with Rev. Robert Lyle officiating.
