Millbrook man facing sex offences

SYDNEY — A Millbrook man facing two sex offences has asked the charges be transferred to Port Hawkesbury.

Michael Andrew Marshall, 30, is charged with sexual assault and sexual interference. The offences are alleged to have occurred July 2 in Cavendish, Prince Edward Island. Marshall made a brief court appearance Tuesday in Sydney and requested the charges to moved to Port Hawkesbury.

He is now scheduled to appear in Port Hawkesbury provincial court Dec. 20.
