Charges dismissed against Dominion woman

SYDNEY — Drug trafficking charges against a Dominion woman have been dismissed. Tierney Colleen Whalen, 24, was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking in Ecstasy along with two counts of breaching court orders and a single count of supplying liquor to a minor.

The case was expected to proceed to trial this week but instead all charges were dismissed.
