DILLETTE, Marion Barbara

It is with great sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Marion Dillette, 76, on April 12, 2018 at Alderwood Rest Home, Baddeck, NS. Born in Big Baddeck she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Dolena (MacPhee) MacLeod.

She was a member of Farquharson Memorial Presbyterian Church, Middle River. Marion resided at Alderwood Rest Home for over 26 years. She loved her Alderwood family and they loved her.

She is survived by sisters, Christene (Dennis), Clara (Arnold) and Kaye (Joey). Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, George Dillette.

In keeping with Marion’s wishes there will be no visitation.

The funeral will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at the Farquharson Memorial Presbyterian Church, Middle River with Rev. Brian MacLeod officiating. Burial will be in Middle River Cemetery at a later Date.

A reception will be held at the Middle River Community Hall following the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations made be made to Alderwood Recreation Department.
