Adam Wax­man’s Peanut But­ter Pie

In­gre­di­ents:

1 8oz pack­age cream cheese 1 cup whipped cream 1/2 cup creamy or chunky peanut but­ter 1/4 cup gran­u­lated sugar 1 9” gra­ham cracker pie crust 1/4 cup peanuts 1/2 cup semisweet choco­late

Di­rec­tions:

Mix cream cheese, 1⁄2 cup whipped cream, peanut but­ter and sugar to­gether un­til smoothly blended. Melt 1/4 cup choco­late (add wa­ter to di­lute). Pour choco­late onto pie crust. Pour mix­ture over choco­late. Melt re­main­ing choco­late over­top of mix­ture. Spread re­main­ing whipped cream. Sprin­kle peanuts. En­joy! Serves 6
