Ko, Henderson miss cut at Kia Classic

Top-ranked Lydia Ko missed the cut for just the second time in 91 LPGA Tour starts when she bogeyed two of her final three holes Friday at the Kia Classic in Carlsbad, Calif. Ko, the defending Kia champion, was 2-over after two days, one shot shy of the cut line. Also missing the cut were Canadians Alena Sharp of Hamilton (2-over) and Brooke Henderson of Smiths Falls, Ont. (5-over). Cristie Kerr shot a 3-under 69 to take a one-shot lead over Mo Martin and Mirim Lee. Kerr sits at 9-under.
