Edmonton Catholic Schools needs a well thought-out, thorough “charter” for implementing Pope Francis’ encyclical on environmental concerns and spirituality throughout its operations. All district operations should be subject to an environmental inventory that highlights areas where more environmentally-sensitive use of resources could be undertaken.

I think we should be constantly discussing health and wellness, mental health issues, and faith formation for our staff, and students. Another big issues is to provide resources and education for our staff, parents and students on the fentanyl issue. Michael Brown, 35

More efficient service and administrative options, the changing nature and value of education, the greater support needs teachers have to support inclusion within the classroom to manage behavioural challenges. The necessity to support excellent and passionate teachers who inspire students to be confident in themselves in and out of school.
